RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Just Prove, we pride ourselves on our quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
For Leather Products: Please note that leather is a natural material. Slight variations in color, grain, or texture are natural characteristics of leather and are not considered defects.
For Fashion Jewelry: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins are non-returnable unless delivered defective.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at [Your Email ID] or WhatsApp us at [Phone Number] with your Order ID and the reason for return.
Unboxing Video: For claims regarding "Damaged" or "Wrong Product," an unboxing video is mandatory.
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Costs
Defective/Wrong Product: We will arrange the reverse pickup free of cost.
Change of Mind / Size Issue: We will arrange the pickup, but a nominal logistics fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (for Prepaid orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: You will be required to provide your bank details (Account Number & IFSC) or UPI ID. The amount will be transferred within 5-7 business days after inspection.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
