1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- At Just Prove, we follow a strict 3-stage Quality Check process to ensure every product is defect-free before packing.
- In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: FREE / Flat Rate ₹99 shipping on all orders across India.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics or regulatory checks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not ship outside India.
5. Damages During Transit
- Just Prove is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier partner.
- Important: Please record an unboxing video without any cuts or edits. This is mandatory to claim support for damaged or missing items.
